• We only deliver to Mainland UK at present.
• Deliveries are within 2 working days (Tuesday - Friday).
• If you would like to request your delivery at a later date (as long as it matches our delivery days) please add a comment on the delivery notes and also drop us an email request with your order number details on sales@brayfoods.co.uk 
• Please ensure you confirm your mobile number for delivery updates and also a note about a safe alternative place to deliver your products to in case you miss the delivery ie. Neighbour or a safe place outside your home.
• For bank holidays and weekends please allow an extra working day for deliveries.

In the event of a product not being to specification on receipt please take a photo of the product and inform our friendly customer service team via email sales@colourfulbakery.co.uk who will advise you accordingly. Due to the perishable nature of our products you must inform us immediately and return the item in the condition that you received it, with its original packaging unopened. You will also be asked to provide photographic evidence of the product.

All our buns have around a 4 day shelf life and can be frozen and used for up to 6 weeks, we would suggest taking them out the morning you would like to use them.
